An interesting and important new press release from the noted USA Prostate Cancer Foundation on the importance of exercise, notably for prostate cancer patients:

Exercise participation among cancer survivors has been shown to improve quality of life and physical functioning, yet only 10%-30% of patients meet physical activity guidelines. In prostate cancer, aerobic exercise after prostate cancer diagnosis may reduce the risk of prostate cancer recurrence or death by up to 60 percent“.

It is well worth a few minutes to watch this – exercise is so important to all of us, to the best that our own health situations will safely allow.
