Prostate Cancer Uk have commenced a new study into how “bad” gut bacteria might actually help cancer cells to resist hormone (Androgen Deprivation) treatment. It is hoped that research will result in a new ‘live yoghurt’ or similar to help balance the gut flora away from identified bad bacteria.
