Obtaining Your PSA Test Results

Q. How do I access my results?
A. You will receive an email or text message informing you that your results are now available. Please then log on to your account on the Bookings Website and use your username and password to access your account.
Q. I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
A. Please ask for a new password and follow the instructions on the website site when you ask for a new password.
Q. Why can’t I access my account?
A. It is most likely when you created your account, you did not verify your account. As soon as you create your account, an email is sent to your email address. Please open this email and physically click on the green verification button in the email.
You may need to check your spam or junk folder and look for the email sent out when you first registered, you will need to click on the verification button.
Once you have clicked on this verification button you will be able to log into your account and access your results
Q. How do I verify my email address if the original confirmation email has been deleted?
A. You will be sent a reminder email a few days before the event, and a results ready email about a week after the event, you can then verify your email by using either of those emails.
Q. I have not received a verification email, what do I do?
A. If you have not received a verification email, you might have inputted your email address incorrectly. Please contact the office on 01926 419959 and they will be able to let you know the email address you have entered.
Q. I have registered an incorrect email as my username, what do I do?
A. Please send an email to info@psatests.org.uk and provide the incorrect email and your correct email and the software developers will change your email to the correct one.
Q. Who can see my results?
A. Any information you share with us will be treated as confidential and in line with the General Data Protection Regulations [GDPR] as we appreciate the personal nature of the subject matter. Your personal details such as your name, address and email address will not be shared with anyone outside of GFCT or PCaSO. Your results of your PSA test may be shared anonymously with researchers working on projects that relate to the early diagnosis of Prostate Cancer.
If you have had previous results which GFCT have facilitated on behalf of another charity or community group, these results will be shown in your account. This occurs once you have verified your account. The verification process is based on the following information, your name, email address and date of birth. If these details match, your previous results will be shown in your account.
